The space

You will enjoy amazing views from your private balcony. There is also private beach access just steps from the perfect beach that will remind you of simpler times. We are talking about toes in the sand in less than 60 seconds!

The master bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom. You can also enjoy access to the balcony and of course the gulf views from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom offers custom built queen over queen bunk beds. Both bedrooms include RokuTVs

No stairs or elevators to deal with.

There is a Gulf front pool (heated seasonally) that is 15 steps from your front door. There is also a fitness room with gulf views located on the second floor.

Beach Chair service is available at your private beach access point.

There is parking for 2 cars located just outside the front door. Everything is super close.

Walking distance to many restaurants.

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests including coffee to get your first morning off to a great start.

Neighborhood overview

A stay in Seagrove is full of adventure. The proximity demands that visitors explore Deer Lake State Park and Eastern Lake, and biking along the Timpoochee Trail in Seagrove is the preferred way to get around.

In Seagrove, dining at Café Thirty-A is a tradition. This South Walton favorite was one of the first to establish a foothold along Highway 30A. Not far to the west, on Highway 395, Seagrove Village Market is a must for succulent shrimp po boys and good old nostalgia, having been part of the Seagrove community since 1949.

To the east (overlooking the appropriately named Eastern Lake), Old Florida Fish House is the perfect place for lunch or dinner. You don’t want to miss out on their renowned sushi and live music.

With plenty of shady nooks, beautiful stretches of sun-soaked beach, and lots of fun to go around, Seagrove is the perfect beach community for families looking for a classic Florida vacation vibe.
